All users — including visitors, customers, merchants, and content contributors — are subject to these Terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.

We make every effort to ensure product details, images, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing or availability error is found, we will notify you before processing your order.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

We accept major credit/debit cards, FPX, and other payment options made available on our checkout page.

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with order details. If you don’t receive one, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Hyphaus reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not completed, suspected fraudulent activity is detected, or products are unavailable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship both within Malaysia and internationally through trusted courier partners.

Orders placed on working days before 12:00 PM (GMT+8) are processed the same day. Orders made after 12:00 PM, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines and fees vary depending on destination. Any import duties, customs taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds as part of our store policy.

However, customers may request a one-time size exchange within 3 days of receiving their order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Sale items and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, and materials on this website are the property of Hyphaus Sdn. Bhd. or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any material without prior written consent from Hyphaus.

Hyphaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of any products.

Any issues arising from shipping or delivery must be taken up with the courier service directly.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
