SHIPPING POLICY

At Hyphaus, we aim to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently.


DOMESTIC (MALAYSIA)
All domestic orders are shipped with City-Link Express or PosLaju. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days, depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL
All international orders are shipped with FedEx. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 12-14 working days, depending on the destination country.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Sunday, 10am - 6pm, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
