- All items purchased from Hyphaus are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
- Customers are encouraged to check product details, sizing information, and item condition before making a purchase.


EXCEPTIONS
In the event that an item received has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was delivered, customers may contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase for further assistance.

For online orders, customers are required to provide a clear unboxing video as proof when opening the package. Cases without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

Hyphaus reserves the right to review each case and determine the appropriate solution where applicable.
