At Hyphaus, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below before proceeding with any returns.

ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns for both in-store and online purchases under the following conditions:

- Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All items must be returned with original tags and packaging intact
- Jewellery pieces are not included

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We strongly encourage exchanges for a different size, item, or store credit. However, we remain respect towards customer's decision and refunds will only be considered under special circumstances and are subject to approval.

RETURN PROCESS
- For in-store purchases: Items must be returned directly to the store with proof of purchase.

ADDITIONAL
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is due to the fault of ours.
