NOTINLIST is founded by Malaysian designer Xavier Ou (XV-O), currently based in Shanghai. The brand builds a manga-inspired universe, blending storytelling with garment design, the brand divides its pieces into two distinct lines: X, a more subtle range designed for everyday wear, and Y, an edgy, avant-garde expression.
